MINISTERIAL SERVICE FOR YOUR WEDDING IN SANTA FE, NM THAT I OFFER TO YOU

Your wedding is just that …yours! Let it simply reflect and celebrate who and what you are together. It is my interest and intention that as a couple you experience the ceremony that speaks to your personal, individual and honest vision of your marriage commitment, and that it reflects your religious, spiritual or secular beliefs, and cultural traditons, surrounded by an atmosphere of profound joy, harmony and love - no matter if the choice is a simple short ceremony or a fuller expression of marriage and growth together: past, present, future. Your love, your vows, are treated with the greatest of respect due the moments of their expression. Therefore, I wish to work as closely with you, as circumstances and time allow, to create what you want in your ceremony. Many choices of vows, blessings, readings and poetry are offered as part of the ceremony for you to select. You are welcome to write your own vows; write or add any part. I am here to help with personalizing your ceremony. If Santa Fe is your “in the moment” destination wedding, I can create a ceremony that will be personal and special just for you.

• There is no fee for an in person meeting, if you are in Santa Fe, to speak about your individual wedding and to become acquainted so that you may make a “comfortable” wedding minister choice.
• Ceremony fee is $275 –$300 with up to 25 guests (Santa Fe sales tax included).
A non-refundable $75 - $100 deposit of the fee secures the date and time. The remaining $200 (and any added transportation fee) is due before or on the day of your wedding. If just the “two of you”, I will help with providing your 2 witnesses.
• Ceremony fee for 25 to 50 guests is $325 (Santa Fe sales tax included). A non-refundable $125 deposit of the fee secures the date and time. The remaining $200 (and any added transportation fee) is due before or on the day of your wedding. I will arrive at least 20 minutes before your ceremony to ensure all is ready with music and the processional.
• Ceremony fee with 50 or more guests is $350 - $400 (Santa Fe sales tax included).
  A non-refundable $150 - $200 deposit of the fee secures the date and time.
  The remaining $200 (and any added transportation or rehearsal fee) is due before the day of your wedding. I will arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes before the ceremony to ensure all is ready with music and the processional.
• Included in all fees is:

  • A meeting in person, if you wish and your time allows, to finalize your wedding ceremony and go over all logistics such as music, processional and recessional. We can also do this thoroughly over the telephone if this is easier for you.
  • The e-mail and/or telephone time to create together with you, your ceremony using the offered choices and any of your personal ideas or selections from your religion, spiritual, family or cultural traditions, and going over the “flow” of your ceremony.
  • Any information that I may offer to help you locate your special location, photographer, flowers, music and any other special “touches”.
• I am happy to offer all information I can for the processional of your ceremony. If you do desire for me to facilitate a rehearsal, the fee is $150. (Santa Fe sales tax included.Travel fee may apply). To insure my availability, please secure the date and time well in advance, with $50 of the fee as a non-refundable deposit
• If your wedding location is outside of the Santa Fe area, there is an additional transportation fee.

Contact me by telephone or e-mail, letting me know the date or tentative date of your wedding. Please let me know your telephone number and some good times to reach you. I hope you do not mind, I still find that for a matter as personal as your wedding, speaking to you directly by telephone is the favoured mode of communication. If you are in Santa Fe we can also meet in person to exchange these ideas about your ceremony wishes and vision.
